Elevating the everyday, Bitte is a small-batch craft soda inspired by German herbalism and the American soda-counter culture. Its spicy tangelo ginger flavor is an aromatic blend that awakens the tongue and soothes the stomach. 

 

Bitte was developed in 2018 by friends and former coworkers, Beitressa Mandelbaum and Melanie Bang who shared a passion to create a beverage using botanical bitters with natural plant extracts in the most unusual and satisfying combinations.
